Along the emerging AI tool like Gemini 3, will the need of customisation be increasing, like we all want to create our own app and website? If so we will be soon competing just on ”who will have more interesting ideas?” The question left to us is ‘what do we want to create?’ given that much barriers are taken away. It seems to be more and more important to know that why we are doing it generally, then there is higher possibility for us to understand it, either to accept it, or to be motivated by it starting to do something else but fulfil the same purpose in a way that touches upon our heart better.
I love research writing because I found the joy to do or to make it interesting to me: Like in research writing, it is not that difficult or complicated if we can find an interesting way to analyse available data and answer some interesting questions. It is always the uncertainty & confusion in the goal, the fear & insecurity about failure , the emphasis of external validation (compliments, title, promotion, reputation and etc) that makes the writing struggling, instead of the reading, thinking and writing and discussion itself! However, the action can surpress all of this!!!
Positive mindset: validate our insights in a even a mirco step, learn from others study at a macro level (take away key messages not all those nitty gritty details), write at a meso level (integrate our insights and others key message to see what could be the chemistry in the interaction…)
What’s happening there exactly when our insights encounters others insights?
