My dream question to answer: can I explain my research to a 5-year old kid?

This really challenges me to navigate through those unnecessary complexities, made up structure, big terms and concepts. Beyond that, I need to make decision about the important blocks to take away with me to build something

more critical and relevant to my empirical context.

Yes, what is my empirical context is telling me?

Same thing in the theory? or difference?

What I argue these with?

It feels like that confusion and clarity are some of emotions too,

It can deceive our brain and hinder us to act,

while it is essentially independent from our act.

”We do not have to be fearless, just not let fear stops us. ”

So a tips here for myself is that do not take time specially to handle with emotions which come and go, but instead, take time to keep doing things.

Since at some point, if we keep carryiing on, we will realize that we finally feel good emotionally but also confident essentially about our progress and efforts.

Of course, feeling tired and burned out is another thing to consider when it comes to some physical reaction as results.
